Desk days swallow people who are trying to think. Sitwise exists to notice posture drift and uninterrupted sitting, then offer a small, configurable signal — without taking the camera off the Mac.
Product principles
- Score the sit you saved, not a textbook skeleton.
- Count actual chair time, not just the hour.
- Keep frames in memory and discard them.
- Stay quiet when you stand, leave, pause, or calibrate.
- Make no medical claims. This is desk awareness, not treatment.
