Sitwise lives in the Mac menu bar and scores how you sit against the posture you saved. A slouch cannot be the baseline. Away is not a slouch. Standing is not a slouch.

Against your sit, not a skeleton.

Sit how you actually work, then click Use this sit. After that, 100 means this camera, this chair, this desk. Recalibrate if those moved — not because you have been slouching.

The score stays in the menu bar. A nudge fires after you slouch, not when you are away, standing, paused, or calibrating. Walk away for about ten minutes and the camera stops.

Pose runs with Apple Vision. Frames stay in memory and are discarded. No account, no cloud, no frames on disk. macOS 14 and later.
